By using PitchClip ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Content & Rights

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting a URL or text, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have explicit permission from the rights holder to use it.
• Your use does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• You will not submit content belonging to another business or individual without their authorisation.

PitchClip is a tool, not a publisher. We are not responsible for videos generated from content you do not have the right to use.

3. AI-Generated Content

Videos are created using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the script before rendering and for disclosing AI use when required by law or platform rules.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PitchClip to:

• Create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content about any person or company.
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are non-refundable once a render has started. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

PitchClip is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or from content generated on your behalf.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
